By downloading, installing, or using SuTu, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, stop using and remove the app.
Service
SuTu provides on-device image resizing, compression, enhancement, cropping, and format conversion. The current version requires no account, provides no cloud storage, and contains no subscription or in-app purchase.
GIF input is handled as a static first frame. Review format, dimensions, and preview before exporting.
Software license
Subject to these Terms, SuTu grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license for personal use on Apple devices you own or control.
Except where applicable law permits, you may not copy, rent, sell, sublicense, or distribute the app, bypass system security, or interfere with normal operation.
Your content
You retain the rights you lawfully hold in imported photos and exported results. On-device processing gives SuTu no ownership in your content.
You are responsible for having permission to process and share content and for complying with copyright, likeness, privacy, and destination-platform rules.
Third-party platforms
Third-party platforms may change upload, compression, color, and presentation based on client version, network, account, content, or undisclosed rules. SuTu cannot guarantee original quality, size, or composition on any platform.
SuTu is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting for the platforms listed in the app. Names identify intended sharing scenarios only.
Acceptable use
- Do not infringe intellectual property, likeness, privacy, or other legal rights.
- Do not create, process, or distribute unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, or malicious content.
- Do not interfere with app, operating-system, or device security and normal operation.
- Do not use SuTu to evade applicable law, export controls, or platform rules.
Availability and review
We work to keep SuTu stable and compatible, but the software is provided as is. Device performance, system version, file integrity, format, and platform changes can affect results.
Review important exports and keep originals. To the maximum extent allowed by law, the developer is not responsible for indirect loss caused by a third party recompressing, cropping, or rejecting an upload.
App Store and Apple
When obtained through the Apple App Store, the Apple Standard End User License Agreement also applies. These Terms supplement the product-specific details; applicable Apple terms and law control in case of conflict.
Apple is not the provider of SuTu's image processing or support service. Contact SuTu support about app functionality.
Changes and contact
We may update these Terms after material feature or rule changes and will show a new effective date. Continued use after an update means the current Terms apply.
